Salesforce Tower is possibly the largest self-lifting core ever done. The system had 52 hydraulic cylinders coordinated and controlled by our patented Tru-tech control system lifting 1.2 million pounds with 6 levels of walkways inside and out.

Forming Concepts worked closely with our customer and the general contractor to assure safety and efficiency went hand in hand. The project, currently the tallest building west of the Mississippi River, had an independent shear wall climber as well as a hydraulically lifted inside core to allow greater access for the steel rebar cages. Our customer was able to maintain a 2-day pour cycle.
