Heavy Duty Column forms provide an exceptionally smooth, hard surface remarkably free of voids and with a minimum number of indistinct seams. The radius forms consist of steel half round sections and quarter round sections (for forms over 48” in diameter) bolted into units for crane handling on the job site. Steel column forms are rated for 3,000 psf to allow maximum pour rates.
Each component is framed with flange angles, punched for accurate flush butt joints. High speed bolts are used to speed setting and stripping.
FCI offers standard column diameters from 14” to 60” in 8'-0, 4'-0. 2'-0, and 1'-0 lengths.
